Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once accepted by Holmfirth Executive Travel.

Passenger Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, flight and contact details.

Waiting Time

Waiting time may be included for airport pickups. Additional waiting time may be chargeable.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given and the type of booking.

Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.

Vehicle Condition

Passengers may be charged for damage, cleaning or misuse of the vehicle.
